Ghislaine Le Hénaff

C’est avec une grande tristesse que nous vous faisons part du décès de Ghislaine Le Hénaff (née Barrette) au terme de son long parcours de vie. Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux et fidèle compagnon des 65 dernières années René, ses enfants Alain (Marie Touchette), Annick (Michel Thériault), Simon (Kim Weatherston) et Jérôme; ses petits-enfants, François, Catherine (Rémi Richard), Pierre-Alain, Laurence, Pascale, Loïc, Maryse, Jean-Philippe (Jennifer Ryane), Allissia et son arrière-petite-fille, Lily.

Elle laisse également dans le deuil son frère Rémi Barrette (Céline Savard) et ses sœurs Yolande (feu George Tremblay) et Nicole Barrette, sa belle-sœur Andrée (Michel Défaucheux) ainsi que de nombreux neveux et nièces au Canada et en France. Elle fut prédécédée par son fils Vincent et ses sœurs, Myreille et Denyse.

Le service funéraire aura lieu à Ottawa et sera réservé à la famille et aux intimes. La famille désire remercier Chantale Lavoie de RLISS, les infirmières et préposés de Carefor pour les bons soins prodigués durant sa maladie.

It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of Ghislaine Le Hénaff (nee Barrette) at the end of her long journey of life. She leaves behind her husband and faithful companion of 65 years René, and children Alain (Marie Touchette), Annick (Michel Thériault), Simon (Kim Weatherston) and Jérôme; her grand-kids, Francois, Catherine (Rémi Richard), Pierre-Alain, Laurence, Pascale, Loïc, Maryse, Jean-Philippe (Jennifer Ryane), Allissia and her great granddaughter, Lily.

She also leaves behind her brother Rémi Barrette (Céline Savard) and her sisters Yolande (feu George Tremblay) and Nicole Barrette, her sister-in-law, Andrée (Michel Défaucheux) as well as numerous nephews and nieces in Canada and France. Predeceased by her son Vincent and sisters Myreille and Denyse.

The funeral service will be held privately for family and close friends. The family wishes to thank Chantale Lavoie from LHIN, the nurses and personal support workers from Carefor for the care and attention they provided during her illness.
