Beloved wife of the late Walter Bunda. Loving mother of Barbara (late David MacGregor), Walter, Jr. (Cheryl), Stephen, Martha (Jim Ripley), Anna (Roberto Jurczuk). Adoring grandmother to Joseph, Jennifer, William, Andrew, Samantha, Stephen Jr., Sarah, Stephanie, Lauren, Janice, Brent, Natalka and Alexandra. Cherished great-grandmother to Isabella, Alex, Julianna, Jonathan and Twila.
Gisela was predeceased by her children Alex and Olga and her grandson Kevin Ripley.
Visitation will be held at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Rd on Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will follow in the chapel.
Interment will be held on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 11:00 am at Notre-Dame Cemetery 455 Montréal Rd, Ottawa, ON
