It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother on Wednesday, July 8, 2015. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Ronald (2011). She is loved and survived by nine children; Bonnie, Grey Sister of Pembroke, Lynne, Dale (Steve), Zita (Tom), Lyle (Sue), Kim (Dan), Gregg (Monique), Shawn (Cathy), Laura (Adrian); as well by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home 1411 Hunt Club Road at Albion Road, from 1:00- 2:30 pm on Monday, July 13, 2015 followed by a celebration of life service in the Chapel at 2:30 pm. In memoriam donations to the University Ottawa Heart Institute 40 Ruskin Street, Ottawa, On, K1Y 4W7 would be appreciated.
