Janet Turner

Janet passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 in her 91st year, predeceased by her beloved husband William of 65 years. Cherished mother of William “Billie” Turner, Joanne Morozuk (David) and Judy Mahoney (Mike). Dear grandmother of Mellissa (Jesse), Jessica (Adam), Corey (Emily) and Jesse (Amanda) and great grandmother of Devin, Logan, Callie and Morgan.

Janet is predeceased by her parents and her siblings.

Our heartfelt thank you to Mom’s many friends who have shared countless laughs with her, supported her and been her light through challenging times.

Special thank you to the wonderful MDCU nurses and staff for the outstanding care and friendship they provided to Mom twice weekly for the last few years.

Thank you to Dr. Srichandramohan and all the physicians and nurses at the Ottawa General Campus for your kindness and compassion.

We would like to welcome family and friends to a graveside service on Thursday August 22nd at 11am at St John’s the Evangelist Cemetery, 2540 Stagecoach Road, Enniskerry.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Humane Society or the War Amps.
