Unexpectedly, in hospital on Monday, February 10, 2014 at the age of 87 years. Beloved wife of Allan Moore. Loving mother of Nancy Larabie, Allan Moore (Trish) and Susan Lensen (Maher Awad). Dear grandmother of Cheryl (Dale Peters), Cynthia (Stephen Pepper), Tammy (Kenty Jean Baptiste), Andrea Lensen, Julie (Francis Carriere) and Bryan Lensen (Randi-lee) and great-grandmother of ten. Survived by her sister Dorothy Jane Pelletier (Roy) and predeceased by her sisters Roberta Cameron and Norma Newcombe. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of the CCCU 7th floor Ottawa General Hospital for their compassionate care and also a special thanks to her friends at Hunt Club Manor. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road), on Friday, February 14, 2014 from 1-3 & 7-9 pm and on Saturday, February 15, 2014 after 12 Noon followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1 pm.
