Passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on May 4, 2018, at Élisabeth-Bruyère Centre at the age of 64. Son of the late Anne Chafe and the late Leonard Robert Shepherd. Beloved husband of Johanne Turpin, loving father of Jeffrey (Catherine St-Pierre) and Paul. Dear brother of the late Marjorie (the late George) Parlee, Heather (Don) Brooks, Susan (the late Kim Nadon) and Jennie (Gaëtan Bélanger). He also leaves many nephews, nieces and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at the General Hospital and Élisabeth-Bruyère Residence for the excellent care provided. Special thanks as well to André and Danielle Desmarais, Bill and Carolyn Smith, and to many others who provided exceptional support and comfort to Len and his family. A Memorial Mass will be held on May 16, 2018, at 11 a.m. at the Good Shepherd Church (3092 Innes Road, Orléans). Starting at 10:00 a.m., the family will receive condolences.
