Lorraine Sylvia Marilyn Willson (nee Laine) aged 83, mother, wife and force of nature, succumbed to a long, difficult battle with Alzheimer’s disease compounded by recent bouts with pneumonia and influenza.
Predeceased by husband John (2003) and brothers-in-law Bill and Bob.
Survived by son David, sisters-in-laws Barbara and Joanne and 5 nieces and nephews Ben (Deva), April (Ian & children Kylee & Alex), John (Tricia & children Ethan & Emma), Tricia and Rob (Shizue) as well as a wide world of friends.
Thanks to all doctors and their staff of Ottawa Civic, Queensway-Carleton and Saint Vincent-Elisabeth Bruyere Hospitals who participated in her care. Private cremation. No services.
