est décédée paisiblement le matin du 20 janvier dernier, à l’Hôpital Montfort d’Ottawa, à l’âge de 97 ans. Elle laisse ses enfants : Henriette Lapointe, Yolande Lapointe (Robert Smith), Marcelle Lapointe, Agathe Lapointe, Denis Lapointe, Jacques Lapointe, Hélène Lapointe (Valmond Cormier); ses petits-enfants : Charles, Dominic, Nicholas, Véronique, Grégoire, Thierry, Pénélope, Sébastien, Geneviève; ses arrière-petits-enfants : Alexandre, Daphnée, Camille, Vincent, Thomas et un bébé tout près de naître. La famille invite parents et amis à la MAISON FUNÉRAIRE RACINE, ROBERT & GAUTHIER, 180, chemin Montréal, Ottawa, le lundi 26 janvier 2015 à compter de 9h. Le service, célébré par Gratien Girod, aura lieu à midi en l’Église Saint-Louis-Marie-de-Montfort, 749 Trojan, Ottawa. Afin de souligner la générosité et le dévouement du personnel de l’Hôpital Montfort (6C) et pour reconnaître l’importance du Docteur David Ponka pour les soins prodigués à notre mère depuis de nombreuses années, des dons à la Fondation de l’Hôpital Montfort ou Médecins du monde Canada (Doctors of the World Canada) seraient appréciés

Passed away peacefully, on the morning of January 20, 2015, at Montfort Hospital of Ottawa at 97 years of age. She is leaving behind her children Henriette Lapointe, Yolande Lapointe (Robert Smith), Marcelle Lapointe, Agathe Lapointe, Denis Lapointe, Jacques Lapointe and Hélène Lapointe (Valmond Cormier), her grandchildren Charles, Dominic, Nicholas,Véronique, Grégoire, Thierry, Pénélope, Sébastien and Geneviève her great-grandchildren Alexandre, Daphnée, Camille, Vincent, Thomas and a baby to be born soon. Family and friends are invited at Racine, Robert & Gauthier, 180 Montreal Rd., Ottawa on Monday, January 26, 2015 starting at 9 a.m. Gratien Girod will celebrate the Service at noon at Saint-Louis-Marie-de-Montfort Church, 749 Trojan, Ottawa.
