Passed away surrounded by his loving family on February 10 2020, at the age of 83.
Son of the late Wilfrid Belair and the late Muriel Hiscox. Beloved husband of Denise Belair née Bergeron. Loving father of the late Micheline, Suzanne, Nathalie and Alain (Rachelle Racine). Cherished grandfather of Shawn, Justin-Pierre, Samantha, Karina, Élodie and Miguel. Proud great grandfather of Andrew and Samuel. Dear brother of Roger (Lucille). He will be remembered by the Bergeron Family, many nephews, nieces and friends. A special mention to the Arial family for their friendship throughout the years and their support. Predeceased by his brothers Gordon (late Cleon) and Gerry (Evonne), by his sister Joan Turpin (Ralph) as well as his parents-in-law, Roland and Marguerite Bergeron. The family would like to thank Dr. Driscoll, all nurses and support staff at Montfort Hospital. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday February 22, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Church 435 Montreal Road Ottawa. The family will receive condolences at church from 8:30 until time of the Mass. In Memory of Mr. Belair, donations to Partage Vanier Food Bank would be appreciated.

I WILL NEVER FORGET how he was toward less fortunate people. HE ALWAYS went out of his way to help people. MY GREATEST MEMORY WHEN WE CELEBRATED HIS 60 th birthday..This I will cherish forever.
