Dear son of the late Charles Hultquist and the late Shirley Hultquist (born Barratt), father of Lisa and Tracy, he will also be missed by his partner of many years, Nicole Lacelle and her children, Tina (Yves), Shammy (Jonathan) and Philippe. Brother of the late Clare, Gary, and Linda, he is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and his dear grandchildren: Jacob, Kaleb, Alexia, Maxime and Chloé.
The family will hold an intimate celebration of his life on July 20th, 2023, from 12pm-2pm, at the Racine, Robert and Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal rd, Ottawa, ON, K1L 1B4. A small reception will be held afterwards.
Norm will later be laid to rest at the Notre-Dame cemetery on Montreal rd.
