It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Raymond Ayotte, of Ottawa Ontario, on September 24th 2023 at the age of 83.
He was the son of the late Everett Ayotte and of the late Claire Clermont. He was the loving husband of the late Alice Ayotte and leaves in sorrow his children; Suzanne Ayotte (Jack Leclair), Denise Oelke (Mark Oelke), Diane Marier (Mike Marier), Robert Ayotte (Annie Beauchesne) and Raymond Ayotte (Francine Nault). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren; Ashley, Corey, Tiffany, Tahra, Alex, Keith, Stacie, Alexandre, Christian, Joëlle and 17 great-grandchildren.
The Ayotte family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of the Centre d'Acceuil Champlain and of the Montfort Hospital for their care and support throughout Raymond’s stay in their care.
A memorial service in honor of Raymond will be held on Wednesday October 18th at 1:30PM in the chapel of Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario).
