Passed away on March 23, 2016 at the age of 60. Son of the late Emile Ouellette and the late Carmelle Raymond. Beloved husband of Josephina Bano. Loving father of Jacques Ouellette, Melissa Morriss Ouellette, Joshua Ouellette (Patricia Adrien) and Krizelle Bano. Dear brother of the late Diane Ouellette, Gilles (Murielle), Lynn Ouellette and Roch. He will be missed by many in-laws, nephews, nieces and friends. Thank you for bringing so much joy and happiness into everyone’s life. A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday April 9, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home Chapel (180 Montreal Rd, Ottawa).
