Rhéal Lepage

Décédé le jeudi, 23 mai 2019, à l’âge de 86 ans. Il était le fils bien-aimé de feu Ernest Lepage et de feu Laura Lepage (née Laberge) et l'époux de feu Rachel Lepage (née Bricault). Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants feu Marie Lepage, feu Sylvie Lepage, Christine Léonard (Gilbert), feu Guy Lepage, Monique Levesque (Michel) et Anne Lepage. Grand-père adoré de Mélanie (Jérémie), Éric (Stéphanie), Émilie (Mathew), Patrick, Geneviève, Annie, Kayla, Sébastien, Alexandra et arrière-grand-père de Frédéric, Chloé, Cédric, Médéric, Damien et Maximus. Rhéal laisse également dans le deuil ses frères André et Jean-Paul et sa sœur Rollande, ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces et ami(e)s. Il fut prédécédé par ses frères Gérard, Noël, Maurice et ses sœurs Rita, Juliette, Marie-Berthe, Hélène, Carmen et Françoise. La famille désire remercier le Dr. Cassandra Poulin ainsi que le personnel du Manoir Chartwell Belcourt pour leurs excellents soins prodigués. Un Service Commémoratif aura lieu le vendredi le 31 mai, 2019 à 11 h dans la Chapelle de la Maison Funéraire Racine, Robert & Gauthier, 180, chemin Montréal, Ottawa. La famille recevra les condoléances a compter de 10 h. En mémoire de Rhéal des dons à la Société Canadienne du Cancer seraient grandement appréciés.

Passed away on Thusday, May 23, 2019 at the age of 86 years old. He was the beloved son of the late Ernest Lepage and the late Laura Lepage (nee Laberge) and the husband of the late Rachel Lepage (nee Bricault). He leaves in sorrow his children the late Marie Lepage, the late Sylvie Lepage, Christine Léonard (Gilbert), the late Guy Lepage, Monique Levesque (Michel) and Anne Lepage. Loving grandfather of Mélanie (Jérémie), Éric (Stéphanie), Émilie (Mathew), Patrick, Geneviève, Annie, Kayla, Sébastien, Alexandra and great-grandfather of Frédéric, Chloé, Cédric, Médéric, Damien and Maximus. Rhéal also leaves his brothers André and Jean-Paul and his sister Rollande, as well as many nephews, nieces and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers Gérard, Noël, Maurice and his sisters Rita, Juliette, Marie-Berthe, Hélène, Carmen and Françoise. The family would like to thank Dr. Cassandra Poulin and the staff of Manor Chartwell Belcourt for their excellent care. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal Road, Ottawa. The family will receive condolences from 10:00 am. In Memory of Rhéal donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
