Passed away unexpectedly on September 29, 2018 at the age of 76. Predeceased by his mother Marie Alberta O’Meara (Moreau), stepfather Joseph O’Meara, also predeceased by his father Edward Robert Tourangeau. He leaves ten siblings as well as many nephews, nieces, colleagues and friends. The family would like to thank the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa). The family will receive condolences starting at 1:30 p.m. In Memory of Mr. Tourangeau donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
