Having lived a wonderfully full life Dad left us peacefully on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at the wonderful age of 90. He will be missed by his sons Rob (Mandy) and Stephen (Shirley) as well as his grandchildren Kyle (Liz), Brittany (Pierce), Sean (Nikki) and Jacob (Emily), and his 5 beautiful great-granddaughters whom he adored Sarah, Isla, Victoria, Lily and Eva.
Born in Newfoundland on May 28,1932, Dad lived up to his heritage and loved to tell stories and reduce everyone to great gales of laughter. He loved many and was loved in return by all who met him. Kind-hearted, loyal and loving Robert is now reunited with his true great love, Wendy who predeceased him last year after 62 years of marriage. May they live forever in the hearts of their loving family.
A funeral will be held at St- Maurice Parish, 4 Perry Street on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, in memorial donations to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation, in support of research.
