M. Roger Lafontaine

Décédé soudainement le mardi 29 janvier 2013, à l’âge de 73 ans. Il était le fils de feu Pierre Lafontaine et de feu Thérèse St-Aubin et l’époux bien-aimé de feu Lina Tremblay. Il laisse dans le deuil ses filles Lynn et José (Pierre Hurtubise), sa chère sœur Louise (Val Bitz) et sa nièce et ses neveux adorés Francine, Michael et Pierre Bitz. Il laisse également sa compagne bien-aimée Michèle Bédard, sa famille, autres neveux, nièces et ami(e)s. Il y aura des visites le mercredi 6 février 2013 de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h à la Maison Funéraire Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp (180 ch. Montréal, Ottawa; 613-241-3680). Un service sera célébré en la chapelle le jeudi 7 février 2013 à 10h30. En mémoire de M. Lafontaine, des dons à CHEO seraient grandement appréciés. The Lafontaine family has the regret to announce the sudden passing of Roger Lafontaine on Tuesday January 29th 2013, at the age of 73. Son of the late Pierre Lafontaine and the late Thérèse St-Aubin and the beloved husband of the late Lina Tremblay. Loving father of Lynn and José (Pierre Hurtubise), his dear sister Louise (Val Bitz) and the cherished niece and nephews Francine, Michael and Pierre Bitz. He also leaves his dearest companion Michèle Bédard, her family and many nephews, nieces and friends. Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday February 6, 2013 from 2 to 4p.m and 7 to 9p.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp Funeral Home (180 Montreal Rd, Ottawa). A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday February 7th 2013 at 10:30 at the chapel. In Memory of Mr. Lafontaine, donations to CHEO would be appreciated.
