Time has a way of slipping by un-noticed.  There never seems to be enough of it to get things done.  The minutes and hours are always ahead of us until we come to the end of our journey.

January 9th you took your flight, but the time you spent being a friend, and a brother will always be cherished.

My dad - (Sam)ensured he was apart of my sweet 16 birthday celebration. He sent me 16 red roses with the help of my mother for my birthday….My dad always believed birthdays were special and should be celebrated 🎉❤️🌹

Bro. Sam and I met at Mico University formally Mico Teachers College in Kingston, Jamaica, while I was a 1st year student.
Later we connected at Cornerstone Church. Since then, a great friendship developed over the years, until his passing. As Mico men, we certainly had many traditions to chat about of our respective teacher education training although at different times.
My wife and I will always cherish our fond conversations and the opportunity to study God's words, sing, and pray together.
To Mavoi and the other members of Bro. Sam's family, thank you for sharing your dad and granddad, Bro. Sam was certainly a man of faith, a great conversationalist, and a great inspiration to us. Bro. Sam, we look toward meeting in the rapture.

My dearest Uncle Ever was truly a remarkable man, and as I reflect on his life, one thing brings me the deepest comfort during this time: knowing just how much he delighted in the love of God. His faith and passion for sharing the wisdom he gained about the Lord were truly at the heart of who he was. With that in mind, I take solace in the belief that his soul is now at rest, embraced by the Almighty Father, and reunited with Him in peace.

Growing up with Uncle Ever meant that our time together was always filled with laughter, stories, and a warmth that made every moment special. He had such a jovial spirit—his laughter, loud and contagious, could light up any room. He was a natural storyteller, and every tale he shared seemed to carry a bit of magic with it, leaving everyone around him smiling.

One of my fondest memories with him takes me back to a visit to Jamaica when I was about six or seven. It felt like I hadn’t seen him in forever, but the moment we reconnected, there was this special energy that only Uncle Ever could bring. He was also the first person to ever gift me a bouquet of flowers as a teenager. I dried them and carried them with me for over a decade, as that simple, heartfelt gesture meant more to me than words could ever express.

Growing up surrounded by my aunts and uncles, we were constantly reminded of the immense love they all had for us. Uncle Ever, in particular, was someone who not only valued knowledge but also believed in sharing it generously. He was a man of great intellect, boundless kindness, and a deep love for his family.

I pray that his memory continues to live on, forever cherished for the wisdom, joy, and love he shared so freely with all of us.

My sincere condolences to the family. He was my matchmake at Mico. I pray you will find comfort in God and the wonderful memories that you shared.

Sam as he was affectionately known was a person who displayed a high level of intellectual abilities when it comes to imparting knowledge especially in teaching Mathematics. He was very industrious and seeked to educate himself in areas that were applicable to his profession. His unwavering spirit allowed him to excelled in any studies he undertook. He was kind and would go the last mile to assist anyone in need to the extent of depriving himself.
He will be sadly missed, may his soul rest in peace and God's perpetual light shines on him.

Danny/Sam was known to us for over  40 years.  He  was a very pleasant and interactive individual, very knowledgeable  and doesn't  hesitate to give sound advice when needed.  
He will  be sadly missed by all of us. May his soul rest in peace and light perpetual  shines on him.

Our deepest condolences to Brother Sam's family. He was one of the sharpest minds that attended Cornerstone Academy of Biblical Study despite physical challenges. He examplifed determination and perseverance, and resourcefulness in finding the means and ways to  accomplish his studies with excellence and in other aspects of his life. He was an encourager,  a praiser and always recognized individuals for what they do.  His thoughtfulness and smiles will not soon be forgotten. He is sadly missed.
