Teresa Nora Lawn

It is with heavy hearts we mourn the loss of our Mom and Nanny, on Friday December 6, 2019 at the age of 92 years. She reunites with her husband of 60 years, the late Mike Lawn. Loving mother of Ann (André Labadie), Kathy (Larry Plummer), Tom (Karen), Colleen, and Mary (Rob Richdale). A very devoted grandmother to Julia, Tricia, Mitsy, Tommy, Jordan, Jessie, Amy, Ben, Baily, Benjamin, Danny, Bridget, Callam, Patrick, Declan, Krista and her six special great grandchildren. Teresa was predeceased by her daughter-in-law Maureen Kinsella and her son-in-law Dean Haslam. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Teresa was selfless, generous, genuine, bringing joy to all those she met. She was a great sport with a zest for life. Her door was always open for a chat, some home baking and a cup of tea. The family would like to thank Annick, Lyne, Delicia, Yetunde and the staff of the 5 NE at the General Hospital for their compassionate care. A Funeral Mass in celebration of Teresa`s life will held at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2546 Stagecoach Road, Enniskerry (Osgoode) on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 12:00 noon. A light lunch will be served following the funeral in the parish hall. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a donation in Teresa’s name to the Shepherds of Good Hope would be appreciated.
