Peacefully, at home, with dignity and courage, surrounded by her loving family - gentle, humble Theresa passed away Sunday April 7, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Ellwood Stephen Rock. Pre-deceased by fourteen sisters and brothers. Forever loved and deeply cherished, caring and understanding mother, to Bev Billows (Mike), Garry (Betty/Elizabeth), Don (Susie), and Pat Kiperchuk (the late David). Exceptionally loving and generous Nanny to Jason Billows (Tracy), Sarah Billows (Geoff Stroud ), Shannon (Jimmy Sotiropoulos), Megan (Rob Hassen), Katie McBeath (Darin), Connor, Michael Kiperchuk (Anna), and Thomas Kiperchuk (Ashley). Great Nanny of unprecedented love and devotion to Anastasia, Logan, Emery, Ellen, and Caelan. Theresa inspired us all with her selfless dedication and giving ways to her family and friends. Her endless generosity of time and love, for each of us, has taught us what a family is all about. Fabulous, weekly Sunday dinners, through all the years, provided us with nourishment for our bodies, our hearts, and our minds. Theresa spent her entire career in the Federal Government, where she met, and enjoyed, a close, lifelong friendship with Marie, Claire, and June. Mom also held a special bonding with long-time neighbour and good friend, Pauline. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Leonard Bloom for his availability, his kindness, and his exceptional care.
