It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tibor Szabo. Born in Ottawa, Tibor was the son of Tibor and Maria Szabo. He was the loving husband of Micheline Szabo (née Meagher) and father to Tibor Carlos Szabo (T.C.).
He leaves in mourning his sister Sue Szabo (Guy), his brother-in-law Danny (Tracy), his nephews Kyle and Craig, his nieces Kate and Kathleen and his beloved dogs: Rudy, Trudy and Harvey.
The Szabo family wishes to thank the staff of the Montfort Hospital and Doctor Lajeunesse for their diligent work.
Family and friends are invited to Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario) on Thursday November 23rd from 5 PM until 9 PM to pay their respects to Tibor and the Szabo Family.
On Friday November 24th at 11AM a Grave Side Service will be held at Notre-Dame Cemetery (455 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario) followed by a reception at the Royal Canadian Legion (294 Cyr Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Montfort Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
