Yvon Chaussé

Après une brève maladie, il est avec une profonde tristesse et le cœur lourd que nous annonçons le décès de Yvon Chaussé de Hull, Québec, entouré de sa famille à l'Hôpital Général d'Ottawa le samedi 15 Octobre, 2016 à l'âge de 65 ans. Il fut prédécédé par ses parents Henri et Aline Chaussé. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse bien-aimée Cathy Maheral, outre son épouse il laisse ses chers enfants : Stella (David), Yan (Vanessa) et Joey, ses petits-enfants chéris : Chanel, Alyssa, Rebecca, Jonathan, Alex, Dana et Mireille et son filleul adoré Rayne. Il était le beau-frère bien-aimé de la famille John L. Maheral. Cher frère de Gemma (Pierre), Denis (Micheline), Denise (Louis), André (Lucette), Francine (Gabriel), Monique (Michel), Cécile (Claude) et Julie (Nicole). La famille recevra parents et amis en l'église Our Lady of Annunciation, 189 rue Archambault, Gatineau (secteur Hull), le vendredi 21 Octobre 2016 de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. La messe des funérailles aura lieu le samedi 22 Octobre 2016 à 11 h à l'église. La crémation suivra, l'inhumation des cendres sur L’Île-du-Grand-Calumet, Québec aura lieu à une date ultérieure. After a brief illness, it is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Yvon Chaussé of Hull, Quebec, surrounded by his family at the Ottawa General Hospital on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at the age of 65 years. Predeceased by his parents Henri and Aline Chaussé. Beloved and cherished husband of Cathy Maheral. Loving father of Stella (David), Yan (Vanessa) and Joey. Cherished grand-papa of Chanel, Alyssa, Rebecca, Jonathan, Alex, Dana and Mireille and special godfather of Rayne. Adored brother in law to the family of John L. Maheral. Dear brother of Gemma (Pierre), Denis (Micheline), Denise (Louis), André (Lucette), Francine (Gabriel), Monique (Michel), Cécile (Claude) and Julie (Nicole). The family will receive friends at Our Lady of Annunciation Church, 189 rue Archambault, Gatineau (Hull Sector), on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 11 am at the church. Cremation will follow, with the burial of ashes on Calumet Island, Quebec at a later date. In memoriam donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or Our Lady of Annunciation Church would be appreciated.
