Arcenia is survived by her son Robert; her son Arthur; her son Ernest; and her son John.
A visitation for Arcenia will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Oxnard, 401 West Channel Islands Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93033. Following the visitation will be a committal service from 1:00 PM to 1:40 PM at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, 5400 Valentine Rd., Ventura, CA 93003.
