Daddy, I've lost another one of my best friends and you will forever be in my heart. I will always remember your smile and your laugh.  You will be remembered as being one of the best fathers, always taking care of your family.  Now you don't have to suffer anymore and you're at peace now with Momma Clara and Linda.  I love you.

I read your father's obituary today and it brought back memories of you during your years in Ventura County.

I am saddened for your loss as well as the Taylor family. I met and spoke with your dad during my working years in the Ventura County Probation Dept. He was a class gentleman and leaves behind a family who can take pride in how he lived and passed on his wise counsel.

I was saddend to read of Ike's death. Ike was a real gentleman. He served his country and the people of Ventura County for most of his working life. He loved his family and often spoke of them at work. Ike will be missed by all of us who knew him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones.
