Our deepest sympathy..

I have so many fun memories with Tina. But the most unforgettable and the most fond memory was back in mid 1980’s.
Our Oxnard first ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints went for regional volleyball championship.

It was a winning point. The ball was coming towards me and Tina told me to spike it but you see I am short there is no way I can spike the ball and have it across the net. Tina encouraged me to do it and told me I can do it. As I jumped to spike I was off the ground higher than I expected because Tina lifted me up and softly told me “ Now Spike it “. We won !!! Everyone laughed and they all lifted me up.
I will never forget this memory.

My dearest friend Tina. We will miss you but in spirit your beautiful voice will always resonate in my mind.

‘Til we meet again ! Love you ❤️.

Aunty Tina and family took me in when I was living in California. Not only me, but my husband and children. I danced for Aunty for about a year and a half. They made me feel closer to home. Some of the best experiences I’ve had in California I share with her and her family. I’m so honored to have danced for her. She has taught us many things culturally and spiritually. She may not be here physically, but she will always be here in spirit and what she built will live on forever. Manuia lou malaga Aunty, Alofa tele atu. Thank you for everything, you will always hold a special place in my heart.

Love, Ella.

I known Auntie Tina for a long time i used to dance with her Group Tpop back in a day on the 97 until 2000 then i had to move

How I meet Aunty Tina i meet her through her son Sai and tony and Daughters sala and sissy and Nephew and Nieces because we all went to the same school At Hueneme High

And i say i wanna dance with Aunty Tinas group so i did and i had fun. I learn how to dance hawaiian hula maori haka tahitian and siva samoa and it was awesome. Lil Tina and little sione was small kid but they grow up to be talented Dancers of Tpop.
