Luisa Capalad Capiral Navarro, 68, passed away on January 12,2020 at St. John’s Regional Hospital in Oxnard,California. Born to Ariston Capiral and Margarita Capiral on June 21,1951 in Obando Bulacan, Phillippines, Luisa grew up as one of 14 kids.
Luisa had a busy life with a huge family and after graduating high school in 1968, she attended community college. As she started her adult life, she received an opportunity to travel to America with her sister to obtain a better life for her future.
Luisa found the love of her life Arturo Navarro and married on her birthday of 1986. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She will always be remembered as the one who put others first before herself and always made sure her family was taken care of. She was known for having one of the biggest hearts and left many memories with her nieces and nephews in which she considered as her own. Luisa left a massive impact of love in everyone’s lives.
She is survived by her husband Arturo Navarro and their daughter Arlene Navarro and her spouse Robert Eaves along with her grandson Romari Eaves; her sisters Antonina Macalma, Elena Ramos, Estrelita Gobuyan, Felicidad Praxides and her brother Rudolfo Capiral. Along with many other family and friends.
A viewing will be held on Friday January 24, 2020 from the hours of 1PM-9PM with rosary to start at 7pm open to the public for all her friends and family honoring Luisa at Funeraria Del Angel Oxnard at 401 W. Channel Islands Oxnard, Ca 93033.
A funeral mass celebrating Luisa’s Eternal Life will be held at 9AM on Saturday January 25,2020 at Mary Star of the Sea Church at 462 W. Pleasant Valley Rd. Oxnard CA 93033. Burial to follow will be at Santa Clara Cemetary at 2370 N. H St Oxnard, CA 93036.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings or donations to assist the family in these hard times may be sent to the Luisa Capiral Memorial Campaign. Her family is very much appreciated in any donations that can help during these stressful times especially as they take off work to mourn the loss of their beloved. If no donation can be made, the family asks for prayers to uplift their spirits as they try to continue their new normal without their beloved Luisa.
