A longtime resident of Oxnard, Ca., Mary was a devoted wife of 57 years, Mother of Ronald F. Santiago (Mijo), Sally Bernhardt, Gloria Santiago, Rachel Clancy, Susan (Tinker) Conk, grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 23. Mary had an abundance of love for the countless foster children she cared for both in Ventura County and Arizona. Mary was very active in church, standing side by side next to her husband, Pastor Ron, providing mentorship and counseling to those in need, as well as being active in the community. In her free time, Mary remained active. Despite having a disability, Mary was a self-taught painter, leaving behind many ceramic pieces to be appreciated. Mary was an inspiration to many who faced struggles in their own lives. Mary will be missed by many.
Proceeded in death by husband, Ronald F. Santiago, son, Mijo, and daughter, Sally Bernhardt.
