Peter Francis Hilary passed away at St John’s Hospital on August 19, 2021. Peter went to be with his Lord at the age of 56.
Lovingly remembered by his wife Jescille Hilary of Oxnard, CA; Siblings Cathy Ruffer of Reno, NV; John Hilary (wife Thuy) of Sun Valley NV; Colleen King (husband Steve) of Spanish Springs, NV; Nephew Shane Vinje of Portland, OR; Niece Toni Vinje of Reno, NV; Niece Kortney Phenow (husband Andy) of Brooklyn Park, MN.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Gerald Hilary; Mother, Donna Hilary.
Visitation will be at Funeraria Del Angel Oxnard, 401 W. Channel Islands Blvd., Oxnard, CA 93033, Thursday, August 26, 11am to 12pm. Graveside Service to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90068, at 2:30pm.
No Tears In Heaven
There are no tears in Heaven,
Nor grief of any kind.
I leave this final teardrop to those I’ve left behind,
Though absent from the body,
I’m present with the Lord,
The joy of my salvation is now my full reward.
And just as God has promised,
He’s wiped my tears away,
And nothing can compare to the wonder of that day.
So keep me in your memory and know that up above
