Phillip Bryan McKinley, age 89, of Port Hueneme, California passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022. Phillip was born January 25, 1932.

Phillip is survived by their wife, Tana McKinley.

A memorial serivice for Phillip will be held Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Oxnard, 401 W. Channel Islands Blvd., Oxnard, CA 93033, followed by a reception at 2:00 PM.
