Rosa Garcia Albillar was called upon on August 24, 2026. She was born on August 13, 1966 in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, where she then went with her parents to be raised in El Paso, Texas for a time. They relocated eventually to Oxnard, California. She met with her husband Mark Albillar and raised two children, Nicole Albillar and Andrew Albillar.
Rosa Garcia was a kind soul who made every relationship with people feel personal and heartwarming. A proud member of the community who would stand by you in times of need no matter the odds. She is a strong woman with good morals who has spread much joy and positivity. She made the world feel special.
Rosa is survived by her heir Andrew Albillar and her grandson Nathaniel Gonzalez.
She also leaves behind her mother Maria (Cookie) Garcia, her sister Sandra Garcia plus her sons Tommy, Jonathan, David, Simon, his girlfriend Gabriela (Gabby), and baby Simon.
She rejoices together with those that have moved on to a new Plateau including her husband Mark Andrew Albillar, and daughter Nicole Monique Albillar.

Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30am September 19th at St Anthony's Church 2511 S C St. Oxnard CA 93033.
Viewing will be held at 11:00 am September 19th thru 10:00 am September 20th at Funeraria Del Angel Oxnard 401 W Channel Islands Blvd Oxnard CA 93033.
Rosary will begin at 4:00 pm September 19th at Funeraria Del Angel Oxnard.
