Memorial services will be held 2:30 Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church with Rev. Jerry Glover officiating. The family will receive friends following the services.
David was born September 16, 1970 in Ozark, Alabama and lived the early years of his life there. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his children.
David is predeceased by his parents, Sherman Carroll, Sr. and Ollie Ammons and a sister, Rebecca Johns.
He is survived by his children, David Ezell, Stephen Heiser, Austin Heiser, Courtney Camper and Cody Carroll; brothers and sisters, Alvy Carroll, Sarah Meeks, Mark Carroll, Robert Carroll, Sherman Carroll, Jr. and Cindy Carroll; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
