David Reece Underwood

A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 in the chapel at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00pm until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to BB&T Bank to a memorial fund in his memory.

David was born on January 22, 1995 in Enterprise, Alabama. He was a Junior at Ariton High School and was on the Jr. Varsity Baseball team. David was also a member of the Choral Class and always wanted to be a U.S. Marine. He was also a member at Southside Baptist Church.

He is survived by his parents, Jared and Melisa Dye Underwood; his grandparents, Betty Reynolds of Greenwood, MS, Greg and Joan Underwood of Hamilton, MS, Robert Dye of Charleston, MS, and Roy Rodgers of Winona, MS.
