Dudley J Terrell MD

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at First United Methodist Church of Ozark with Rev. Mike Sigler and Rev. Dr. Billy Gaither officiating with Fuqua–Bankston Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the Family Life Center.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Vivian B. Adams School, 2047 Stuart Tarter Road, Ozark, AL 36360 or to the Dr. Leon McLaughlin Foundation.

Dr. Terrell was born April 18, 1935 in Mobile, Al. to John Dudley Terrell Sr. and Kathleen Groom Terrell.

Dr. Terrell is survived by his wife, Barbara Terrell of Ozark; his daughters, Angela Terrell Gorum (Butch) of Pensacola, Fl; Amanda Terrell of Ozark; Katie Terrell Cluck (Andrew) of Ozark; his sons, Duke Terrell (Anna) of Nashville, Tn; Andrew Terrell of Ozark; his sister, Mary Ann (Susie) Terrell Stadther of Mobile, Al; ten grandchildren, Michael Hylton; Zachary Terrell; Megan Hylton; Aaron Terrell; Sellers Terrell; Rachel Hylton; Joseph Terrell; Sara Britt Terrell; Dudley Terrell, III (Tripp); Charlie Cluck; and a host of nieces and nephews.
