Judy Ann Shelfer Rusher

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 in the chapel at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home with Reverend Terry Marler officiating. Burial will follow in Dean Church Cemetery with Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, March 12, 2012 from 6:00 until 8:00pm.

Mrs. Rusher was born December 17, 1950 in Pensacola, FL to the late Reverend Howard Shelfer and Lorraine Mable Clark Shelfer. She was a member of the Dean Deliverance Tabernacle Church in Ozark.

Mrs. Rusher is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Junius Shelfer.

She is survived by her husband, Chester Rusher; a son, Marcus Wade Lewis of Ozark; her sisters, Joyce Marler and her husband Terry, Jackie Sandlin and her husband Randy all of Ozark; a sister, Lynn Stewart of Highlandville, MO; a brother, Jerry Shelfer and his wife Michell of Woodacre, California, also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
