She joined the St. Louis Baptist Church at an early age and was a member of the Eastern Star Chapter #253. Mrs. Beacham was a very loving person.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one daughter and one son-in-law, Shelley (Roger) Slater of Doster, AL.; two grandchildren, Royal Slater of Doster, AL and Melissa (Jermaine) Harvey of Dothan, AL; two great-grandchildren (deceased), Byrun Slater and Arie Harvey. Also left to cherish her memories are her five sisters, Mae Lean Caple of Clio, AL., Eva Mae Williams of Ozark, AL., Ruby Boykin of Elamville, AL., Annie L. Flowers of Ozark, AL., Annie D. (Anthony) Uptrut of Doster, AL.; four brothers, Travis (Felicia) Chambers of Decatur, GA., David Chambers, Curtis Chambers both of Doster, AL., Ze'bcdce Chambers of Ozark, AL., Mother-in-law, Mrs. Irene Beacham of Clio, AL.; two brothers-in-law, Royal Lee and John Albert Beacham of Clio, AL.; two sisters-in-law, Leila D. Baker and Lillian Bottoms of Clio, AL.; one uncle Ulysses C. Lightner of Doster, AL., and a host of nieces and nephews.
