Born in Weatherford, Oklahoma, he was the son of Carla and W.R. Tice. He graduated from Vici Senior High School. He enjoyed his job as a construction business owner.
In his free time, Carl liked to fish and play golf. He was a kind and helpful man with a funny sense of humor. And he was always a loyal and loving husband.
He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Tice; his mother, Carla Tice; his daughter, LeiAnn (Chad) Syms and his grandchildren, Madison and Cayden; his stepdaughter, Ginny (Thomas) Pischiera and his grandchildren, Tyler, Gavin, and Jaiden; his stepdaughter, Michelle Maheuron (Adam Cookson) and his grandchildren, Ryder and Ryley; his sisters, Penny (Mackey) Hutchinson and Terica (Steve) Bryant; his stepsister, Cindy Terry; and his faithful friend, Charlie.
A memorial service to honor Carl's life will be held at a later date.
