

Carlton Clement Miller was born to the late Mrs. Joanna Miller in Manzanilla, Trinidad and Tobago. He then married Geraldine Samuel in 1968, and they shared 64 years of marriage together. He was a certified Diesel/Auto Mechanic.
In 1971, Carlton moved to the United States of America. He started as a welder for a Fuel Truck Company in Brooklyn, New York. After four years, he started working for Wonder Bread Incorporated in Jamaica, New York. He initially started as a baker on the bread line while attending advance Diesel Engine repair school in Brooklyn, New York, and eventually made an internal transfer to the auto repair section of the company. Carlton was a natural mechanic who truly loved working on cars and truck.
His final position was the lead mechanic at the Brooklyn, New York Depot. He then retired after 20 years and moved to Palm Bay, Florida. After getting settled, Carlton and Geraldine attended Church of Our Savior in Palm Bay, Florida and made numerous friends throughout the community. He worked part time for AT&T in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Carlton had a passion for fishing and fixing cars. If he was asked a question about a problem with a vehicle, nine times out ten he was correct on how to fix it, or recommend a repair shop to get it fixed right the first time. He loved fishing, bowling, and definitely fixing cars.
In 2008, Carlton finally stopped working to become a full time househusband, but he never stopped fixing cars. After years of working, he travelled to the West Coast of the United States, Caribbean, and Mexico several times.
Carlton passed away on September 27, 2017 in Palm Bay, Florida.
His wife Geraldine Miller survives him; children: Curtis, Roger, Stacy, and Dave, and grandchildren: Innocencia, Daniel, and Arianna.
He will be definitely missed, and he will never know how much he positively affected everyone around him!
