Carmen is survived by; niece Cruzelena Fuentes.
Carmen was preceded in death by; father Juan Maldonado and mother Ana Lang.
A memorial service for Carmen will be held Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 300 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay, FL, 32907. Following the memorial service will be a reception from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Fountainhead Memorial Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL, 32909.
