Chan was my son. He had the most kind heart. Children and animals knew this and were drawn to him. Family was very important to him. He also wanted to help others. He worked in Devereaux Children's Home. He was a fireman, like his beloved Grandpa. He then became an ENT, Paramedic and finally a Registered Nurse. He wanted to be a quiet hero, never asking for help for himself. Life's cruelty finally beat him down. He left this world with a legion of people who respected, admired and loved him. Now he is residing with Grandma, Grandpa and Copper and he is at peace.

Chan Michael Stagg, age 47, of Grant-Valkaria, Florida passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
Chan Michael was my son. He had the kindest heart, loved his family and especially his son, Ethan. Kids and dogs could see his true spirit and were drawn to him. He got his most joy helping others. He worked at Devereaux Children's Hospital. He became a fireman like his beloved Grandpa. He advanced to EMT, Paramedic and Registered Nurse. He wanted to be a quiet hero. Life's cruelty finally beat him down. He left so many people who respected, admired and loved him. I hope he knows this. He is residing now with Grandma, Grandpa and his special dog, Copper. He is at peace.
