Charles "Chuck" Clifford Baker passed on August 24, 2026, at the age of 83. Born January 16, 1943, in Louisville, Kentucky, Chuck was a resident of Rockledge, Florida. He proudly served our country and retired from the Army where he served 4 deployments in Vietnam.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents William Baker Sr. and Evelyn Elaine Miller (Baker), brothers William Baker Jr, Terry Baker and David Baker and his sister Denise Elaine Vincent.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 56 years, Sharon Baker, daughter Sherry Lynne Everett, Son Robert "Bobby" Lindsey Baker (Theresa), brother Robert Lindsey "Linnie" Baker Jr. He is also survived by his granddaughters Elizabeth Inez Baker and Tiffany Michelle Powell (Jamonie), great granddaughters Scarlett Powell, Luna Powell and Kamoni Powell
Visitation was held at Living Waters Church of God, 436 Nieman Ave, Melbourne, FL 32901, US, on September 1, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Life Service from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, with a reception following the Celebration of Life Service from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
A Graveside Service will take place at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 U.S. 1, Mims, FL 32754, US, on September 3, 2026, from 9:00 am to 9:30 am.
