

Connie Ann Heber, 77, passed away on May 22, 2026. Born July 17, 1948, Connie’s life was marked by steady devotion, quiet courage, and a gentle strength that carried those around her with comfort and confidence.
Connie, born and raised in Williamsport, PA. Carrying forward an enduring love of learning and discovery in the jobs she chose to do throughout her life bringing care and precision to her responsibilities by offering others the benefit of her wisdom and steady presence. A member of Beta Sigma Phi , reflecting a life that valued connection, service, and community. Her legacy is one of gentle love, brave perseverance, and a steady uplifting example that will continue to guide those who were fortunate to know her. That spirit showed itself in the way she approached life—thoughtful and honest, patient in all things, and resilient through every season.
Connie embraced travel, cruising, car shows, live music concerts enjoying the adventure of new places while always keeping family at the center of her days. Her passion for reading and spending time with those she loved most.
Connie was a faithful and devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her husband, Kurt; her children, Tina, Rob, and Carey; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Beloved and cherished.
Connie was known for the warmth she extended so naturally. Liked by everyone she met and remembered for the thoughtful ways she made others feel, seen and valued. She found inspiration and joy in the moments that brought people together.
Visitation will be held at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, FL 32909, on June 13, 2026, at 11:00 am. A Memorial Service will follow at Fountainhead Funeral Home on June 13, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
