Dania came to the United States in 1958 where she quickly learned English and went into business as a seamstress. She moved to Florida in 1976 and worked for the Palm Bay City Building Division as a Coordinator. Dania enjoyed painting in her spare time and became very good at it, she also loved to travel especially to Israel. One of her favorite primetime shows was Dancing With The Stars and she loved listening to Salsa Music.
Dania is survived by her son Charles M. Toro, Jr., her sister Nibia Tabaras, her granddaughter Heather Castillo, great-grandchildren, Shanelle and Emmanuel, Jr. and many other loving family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles M. Toro, Sr., her daughter Michelle A. Rogers and her sister Ruby Cedeno.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2020 11:00am at Fountainhead Funeral Home. Please join the family via Facebook Live for the Celebration of Life Service on the Fountainhead Funeral Home Facebook page. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, The Children's Hunger Project in Brevard County or the Brevard Humane Society.
