Debra A. O’Connell “Debbie”, 57, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013 in Palm Bay, Florida. Debbie was born and raised in Rochester, New York until she moved to Florida in the 1990s. Debbie loved animals! Debbie owned two horses, dogs, and cats. Debbie is survived by her fiancé, Jerome Day (Palm Bay, FL), brother Nick O’Connell (Sumter, SC), sister Kathy Vogel (Rochester, NY), as well as several nieces and nephews.
