Elizabeth Jane Boardman

Elizabeth Bradley Raglan Boardman, of Barefoot Bay, FL, passed away on Thursday, September 29, after a brief illness. Born in E. Whiteland, Chester County, Pennsylvania on January 26, 1923, she lived with her family in the Philadelphia area for many years working as a telephone directory lister for Bell Telephone of Pennsylvania. In 2000, she moved to Barefoot Bay with her husband Jack.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William Bradley and Elizabeth Reed Bradley, and husband Joseph J. Raglan. She is survived by her brother, Richard Bradley, her son, Joseph B. Raglan, her grandchildren, Joseph Raglan, Cheryl Tesnow, Michael Raglan, Alexandra Raglan, Great grandchildren, Lesa Raglan, Paige Tesnow, Chloe Tesnow, Sophia Raglan and her loving and devoted husband of 44 years, John (Jack) Boardman. Betty died 16 days shy of their 45th wedding anniversary. Betty was a regular member of many clubs in the Barefoot Bay area and her laughter and enthusiasm will be sorely missed.

At Betty’s request, there will be no visitation. Betty will be interred at Hillside Cemetery in Roslyn, Pennsylvania at a later date.
