Francine N. Eppard

Nicki was born on February 24, 1971, in Emporia, Kansas, to Robert "Ray" Raymond Stiner and Laura Lee Stiner (Shirley). She had two sisters, Christina (Michael) Chaney of South Shore, SD, and Michele Randazzo of Federal Way, WA.

She met and married her husband and best friend, Daniel Eppard, in Watertown, SD, on October 11, 2003. Together, Nicki and Dan built their dream business, Florida Hot Tubs and More, in 2022. She had five children: Alexis (Brock) Warren of Clear Lake, SD; Mitchell (Emily) Halling of Watertown, SD; Jordan Eppard of Watertown, SD; Angelina (David) Eppard of Grant, FL; Gabriella Eppard of Grant, FL; and, like a son, John Litzinger of Fargo, ND. She had four grandchildren: Aiden Warren, Jace Warren, Cameron Warren, and Phoenix Warren.

Nicki was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was the rock of our family, and her love was shown in countless ways every day. Her strength, kindness, and deep sense of love will continue to live on through the family she built and cherished so dearly. Though she will be profoundly missed, her legacy is one of love, devotion, and the unbreakable bonds of family.
