Frank Edwin Fowler of Palm Bay, Florida, passed away on April 17, 2016 at the age of 83. He was born on February 17, 1933 in Cornwall, New York, to Kenneth V. and Dorothy W. (Gates) Fowler. Frank proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 21 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Robert Fowler. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Camille; daughter Patricia A. Stange; sons Frank E. Fowler Jr. and James W. Fowler; and brother Kenneth Fowler.
Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Peace mausoleum at Fountainhead Memorial Park on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.
