George H. Hatt

On Sunday January 1,2012 George Hatt left this world and was placed into the gentle arms of his loving father.

George was born in Bradford, Pennsylvania October 7,1941. He graduated from Bradford high school in 1959. He joined the Air Force where he dutifully served his country for four years. While in the air force he served proudly as a dental technician and medic. He married Carroll December 10,1965.

He graduated U.S.F in 1971with a degree in Business management/chemistry.

The family moved to Brevard County in 1971.

He worked at Harris Corporation for 35 years as an engineer, mentor and friend.

George touched many people during his life and he will always be remembered as a selfless, caring and incredibly loving man. He was a true believer in Christ and his prayer for all was that they too would be with him one day.

George is survived by his wife of 47 years, Carroll, his sons William Hatt, Robert Hatt, and Mike Davis his daughters Stephanie Davis, Katherine Hatt and Christin Hatt, and his grandchildren, Chase, Ethan, Remington, Adrianna, Mick and Hayden.

A visitation will be held at Fountainhead Funeral Home from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, January 8, 2011. Services will be at 1p.m. Monday, January 9, 2011 in the funeral home chapel.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations may be made to Childrens scholarship fund in the name of George Hatt care of S.C.C.U or Brevard Christian School a ministry of Bethany Ministries. Thank you and thank you George.
