Celebrating the life of George James Tennant (02-16-1925 – 08-04-2014) George James Tennant departed this life for his eternal rest on Monday August 4, 2014. George was born in Jamaica, West Indies to the parents of George and Lydia Tennant. He lived in the Bronx, New York for 22 years prior to locating to Palm Bay, Florida. He worked in Real estate and owned his own business. George was a faithful member of Episcopal Church of Our Savior and he enjoyed reading, sports on TV and helping others. He was considered a very good advisor.
George leaves to mourn his loving wife of 67 years Ena J. Tennant; one son Paulo Tennant of Bronx, New York, and one daughter Pauline Terrell of Atlanta, GA; One sister Linda Law of Lake Wales, Florida; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services will be held Saturday August 16, 2014 at Episcopal Church of Our Savior Palm Bay, with visitation beginning at 12:00pm and services to follow at 1:00pm. Fountainhead Funeral Home will be in charge of services.
