Helen O Sochacki

Helen O. Sochacki, 94, of Melbourne, Florida passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022. Helen moved from New Jersey in 1987. She was detail-oriented and worked as an office manager for an architect before retiring.

Helen loved to sew and crochet, often making handmade gifts for friends and family. She was a great cook. Helen loved the Chicago Cubs and Notre Dame football. While Helen did not have children of her own, she raised her nieces, Rosemary Stinsman(husband, Jack) and Patsy Shaffer whom she shared a very special bond with both, as well as her great-nieces and nephews. She will be remembered for her kind and generous spirit. Many remember the special, thoughtful gifts she would give and how she always put others before herself.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Sochacki "Cy";Patsy's husband, Bob; parents: James and Mary O'Brien; siblings: Jim, Joe, John, Marge and Kass. Helen and Cy will be inurned together at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 1PM.
