Irene Burns, 92, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2011. She was born and educated in Lawrence, MA. Irene lived in Lawrence until retirement from Western Electric in 1973. She moved to Palm Bay in 1985.
Irene was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Bertram Burns. She is survived by a niece, Shirley (Benjamin) Bloom, and several other nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, July 1, 2011 at Palm Bay Colony Club House.
