Irving Hampton Stenner, 81, died Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at his home. He was born in Brighton, NY and came to Florida via Pella, Iowa in 1980. He was a partner at Vico, Inc. in Sebastian and worked at NASA via various contractors at Kennedy Space Center as an Engineer. Irving loved launching rockets. He also enjoyed woodworking and Big Band music
Irving is survived by his son Rick and his wife Vicki; his daughter Karen Dearing and her husband Jack; his sister Lois McGee; his grandchildren Adam Stenner, Kelly Dearing and his wife Rebecca, Kyle Dearing and his wife Brenda, and Kory Dearing; and his great-grandchildren Mikayla, Landen, Ava, Conner, and Delilah.
Irving was preceded in death by his wife Shirley, his brothers Everett and Arnold and his sister Beulah.
A service will be held at 2p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Fountainhead Funeral Home in Palm Bay, FL.
